Neon Orange Tutu

These neon Orange micro tutu's are short & sexy! How short are they? A standard crinoline is about 19", short is usually around 16" - and these are much shorter! These are a spicy finishing touch that can be worn underneath some of our sexier short-cut costumes, or for a retro Madonna feel with sex appeal you can dress up with hot shorts underneath and wear as a skirt!
